4. Subscription and Payment Terms

We offer various subscription plans with different features and limits. All prices are in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our Refund Policy

  • If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your account

New users may receive a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, you will be charged according to your selected plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access until the period ends.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service, contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Violate any intellectual property rights
  • Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUIZBUILDER PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuizBuilder Pro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
